Winged Victory of Samothrace
I've enlarged Cosmo Wenman's absolutely wonderful scan of Winged Victory to nearly maximize the build plate of the P1S. Recommend printing using white PLA, as most “marble” PLAs give a gray, dirty appearance over this much surface area, and have specks that tend to get caught in the P1S .04 mm nozzle. This is a large print, but with the P1S you should be able to carefully glue the pieces together so the seams are barely visible.
